There has been a small change in the Large Spec and Commercials relationship, causing the "Directional Movement" Oscillator to turn up, thus going green ( which also colors the bar chart green ).

While the COT is still Bearish ( until we see cross-overs in charts 2 & 3 ), the daily price chart looks strong and bullish option spreads may be in order.
